Piloxing is a snappy little mix of Pilates strengthening exercise, dance and boxing moves. Three days later and my arms, granted look like spaghetti, are still sore from the boxing moves. It is a great combination of strength and endurance, which unlike other aerobic classes, finds a nice balance. You can burn up to 900 calories in a work out! There was sweat… lots of it, so we know the toxins were running for their lives.
Georgeanna is a fabulous teacher and only 1 of couple here in Indy, so I suggest you get your arms, legs and anything else that might be out of shape down to MotuSpace on Tuesday at 7 PM. Heidi
