Real Dance for Adults

Come join us at MotuSpace for class!

***Students can guarantee their spots in Piloxing or Burlesque by signing up online. Visit each class page for more details on how to reserve a spot in advance.***

Motus offers a variety of dance and fitness classes throughout the year. Some classes are offered weekly, running year-round on a drop-in basis, while others are offered in 6-week sessions. Drop-in students are welcome in 6-week session classes, space permitting. Please see each class page for more information about class content and availability.

DANCE CLASSES

Modern Technique: Mondays and Wednesdays, 7:00pm-8:30pm

Beginning Modern Technique: Sundays, 12:00pm-1:30pm

Ballet: Tuesdays, 5:30pm-7:00pm

FITNESS CLASSES

Piloxing: Tuesdays, 7:00pm-8:00pm and Thursdays, 6:00pm-7:00pm

Yoga: 1st session begins Feb 8th, 5:45pm-6:45pm. Visit our yoga page for more information and registration.

Burlesque: Thursdays, 8:00pm-9:00pm

IMPORTANT CLASS INFO:

For your first class, please arrive early to fill out a waiver. For those under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver. You can also save some time by printing/filling out the waiver in advance and bringing it to class.

Work study is available – volunteer with Motus for a variety of studio-related tasks and receive free class. For more info, contact michelle@motusdance.com.
